Bardolino
Colour: bright, luminous rosé.
Bouquet: fragrant white flowers, and a combination of fruits such as cherry and peach.
Flavour: full and well-balanced, fresh, reminiscent of wild strawberries and raspberries.
Starters based on fish from the lake, lagoon and sea, summer salads with crispy fruit and vegetables, fried appetisers, white meats flavoured with citrus fruits, turmeric and pink pepper.
